RULES AND PROCEDURES

Please be aware that this is a PROFESSIONAL massage and Facial studio. Anything I deem as INAPPROPRIATE will then forfeit your money and will no longer be able to book.

CANCELLATION POLICY


A credit card is required to reserve all spa appointments!
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a service. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours, the full price of the service will be charged. This is out of respect to the therapist who has planned their schedule around their appointments. It is also out of respect for fellow clients who are looking to schedule appointments and the schedule was full.
For those providing at least 12 hours notice but less than the 24-hour notice to reschedule, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. If the card is declined you will not be able to rebook until previous cancelled/rescheduled appointment is paid for in full.

Late Arrival Policy


I regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged. Please call or text 239-223-9762.

No Show Policy

I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings, and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. However, I ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who fail to show up for appointments will be charged 100% for the appointment.
You may also be asked to pre-pay for future services. It is important that I am compensated for reserved time slots.


Groupon:

Please remember Groupon purchases are for First-time clients only. If you purchased more than (1) they will need to be given to another NEW GUEST as a gift. If unable to give away there will be a $40 convenience fee added to your service. That you can pay at the time of service.

All Groupons must be booked online with a credit or debit, with the Groupon code attached.
The cancellation policy does apply to Groupon recipients and I will either use the Groupon or charge the card on file in case I can't redeem the Groupon voucher per cancellation policy. 

Any Expired Groupons will require a $25 charge to still redeem. 

When booking please provide groupon voucher code.
